Terms of service
The terms that apply to this website and to the Reconciliation Break Resolver demo on it. A separate written agreement governs the product itself when you become a customer. Last updated 1 September 2026.
1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by the brand Bankautomation at bankautomation.com. Contact is [email protected]. Using this site means you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
A marketing site for banking automation software, with an interactive demo. Creating an account here means confirming an email address so we can send you onboarding information. It does not by itself grant access to the product, and no payment is taken on this site.
3. The demo is sample data only
The Reconciliation Break Resolver is provided for evaluation on sample data. You must not paste production data, customer data, personal data or anything confidential into it. It is provided as is, without warranty as to accuracy or availability, and nothing you put into it is stored by us as a record.
4. Not advice, and not a regulated service
Bankautomation is operations software. Nothing on this site, and nothing produced by the demo, is regulatory, legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it is a compliance determination. Classifications and suggested actions are decision support. Your institution remains responsible for its own controls, approvals, filings and obligations, and automation supports the control framework rather than replacing it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its rate limits, scrape it at volume, use it to send unsolicited mail, or use the demo to process data you are not entitled to process. We may limit or block access that does any of these.
6. Availability
This site and the demo are provided without an availability commitment. Service levels apply only to the product under a signed agreement, as described on the pricing page.
7. Prices on this site
Published prices are the current list prices for the plans described and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. They may change, and a quoted price in a signed agreement takes precedence over anything shown here.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Bankautomation. You may quote or link to it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the demo, including any decision made on the basis of a demo output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Email
Confirming an address means we may email you about onboarding and the product. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately for marketing email.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
