Procurement
How a bank actually buys this
The commercial mechanics matter as much as the price, so they are published too.
Contract
Invoicing from Platform, purchase orders from Institution, and a full MSA and DPA on Enterprise. Annual terms are available on every paid plan.
Security review
Security questionnaire responses, architecture and data flow documentation and a named contact through your InfoSec review. The controls themselves are on the security page.
Onboarding
One process line, one source pair and one set of tolerances first. Institution includes a named customer success contact. Nobody starts with all three lines at once.
The arithmetic, on your numbers
What the break desk costs you
168 hours a month
$ a month
Enter a loaded hourly cost and this side prices those hours.
What this costs
$ a month
That is of what those hours cost you today.
Breakeven
On your numbers the plan pays for itself the moment it removes of those hours a month, which is of the load. Whether it clears that bar on your files is a question for your own data, not for this page.
Give the calculator a loaded hourly cost and it will tell you how many of those hours the plan has to remove before it pays for itself.
Pricing questions
What does it cost, and is there a free plan?
Four plans, published: Operations at $1,200 a month, Platform at $3,900, Institution at $9,500 and Enterprise by agreement. Annual billing is cheaper per month. There is no free plan and no standing trial. The resolver on this site is the free taste, and it works without an account. No card is required to create an account. See pricing.
How do we buy, and will you survive our InfoSec review?
Invoicing on Platform and above, purchase orders on Institution, and full procurement support on Enterprise: MSA and DPA, security questionnaire responses, architecture and data flow documentation, and a named contact through the review. Create an account and we will start that thread by email.
What happens to a break that nobody resolves?
It ages, visibly. Every break carries an age in days, an owning queue and an escalation point, and aged items are the first thing on the worklist and in the daily summary. Nothing is closed silently: a write-off or a reversal is an approved action with a reason code attached to the item.
