Who is responsible

This site is operated by the brand Bankautomation at bankautomation.com. For anything about your data, including access, correction or deletion, write to [email protected]. We answer within two business days.

The demo

The Reconciliation Break Resolver runs on sample data. The matching itself happens in your browser, so the rows you select or paste are not uploaded in order to be matched.

When you press Run, a summary of each computed break, meaning the reference, amount, currency, value date, age, counterparty and the difference the matcher found, is sent to a language model through our server so it can write the classification, the suggested action and the audit note. Those summaries are not written to a database by us and there is no account behind the demo.

The banner above the input asks you not to paste production or customer data, and we mean it: the demo is a marketing tool, not a processing environment, and it carries none of the controls the product itself does.

What a signup stores

If you create an account through the signup modal, we store the following:

• Your email address, kept both as you typed it and in a normalized form used to prevent duplicates.
• The domain part of that address, derived from it, never asked separately.
• The confirmation code state: when it was issued, when it expires, and when you confirmed.
• Which page and which button the signup came from, plus campaign parameters if you arrived from a campaign link.
• The referring page, your IP address and your browser user agent, kept for abuse prevention.
• Timestamps for creation and update.

We do not ask for a name, a company, a phone number or a job title, and we do not enrich your address against third party data.

Why we hold it

To send the confirmation code you asked for, to email you onboarding information about the product, and to understand which pages produce genuine interest. The confirmation step exists so that nobody can add an address that is not theirs.

How long

Unconfirmed signups are deleted within 90 days. Confirmed signups are kept until you ask us to delete them or until the address goes unengaged for 24 months, whichever comes first. Server logs that may contain an IP address are kept for up to 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that host this site, send its email and provide the classification model used by the demo. Those providers process on our instructions only. The current subprocessor list is available on request.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie and a cross site request forgery token, both of which are required for the signup form to work at all. There is no advertising cookie and no third party tracking pixel on the pages of this site as published.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not require you to give a reason. Write to [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or why, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is material and you have confirmed an address with us, tell you by email.
